When Mike loses his leg to a land mine in Afghanistan, he thinks his life is over. Instead he suddenly finds himself living the dream, working in the heart of the film industry.

When a famous Hollywood director casts Mike as an imaginary soldier who loses an imaginary leg fighting an imaginary war in an imaginary Afghanistan, Mike jumps at the chance. But will he be able to separate the fiction from the reality?
